The Lac La Croix First Nation Operations and Maintenance team oversees community operations, maintenance, community infrastructure and related services, including:

• Community Roads Maintenance
• Band-Owned Vehicles and Community Construction Equipment Maintenance
• Ensuring Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plant and Community Sewage System
• Community Building upkeep and repairs
• Snow Removal of Community Roads
• Public Spaces and Grounds upkeep
• Landfill Site Maintenance
